1. Feature:

SR fully sealed water-cooling hot air circulation fan, is an insert furnace hot air circulation fan with fully sealed water-cooling motor drive. The fan can be directly installed to the furnace body, which simplifies installation process and improves the furnace’s sealing performance. The innovative dual water-cooling system can directly cool the motor bearings and stator, which guarantees the motor’s service life below the high temperature of 850 ° c.

 

The fan is recommended to use variable frequency motor, multi-speed motor can also be configured.

Fan of this series is applicable to gas circulation of bell-type annealing furnace, various controllable atmosphere furnaces, vacuum furnace, heating furnace, soaking furnace, effectiveness furnace and other heat treatment furnaces. It can improve the uniformity of temperature and gas atmosphere in the furnace to improve product quality and save energy.
